Praba has been working with a wide range of world cuisines since starting his career at a culinary college in the South of France 20 years ago (he doesn't look that old does he?!). He has had a vision of how he wanted his next restaurant to be a culmination of all the best influences and ideas he has been developing over these years and is now delighted to welcome you to 100 Degrees, Gorey.
