About Us

One Hundred Degrees Restaurant & Wine Bar

Praba has been working with a wide range of world cuisines since starting his career at a culinary college in the South of France 25 years ago (he doesn't look that old does he?!). He had a vision of how he wanted his next restaurant to be a  culmination of all the best influences and ideas he has been developing over these years, with the vision of combining exquisite, innovative flavours with elegant, warm service and is now delighted to welcome you here.

Our ingredients reflect the beautiful offerings of our County Wexford and Ireland and we take pride in our many partnerships with local suppliers. Our menu is ever-evolving in order to collaborate with natural, seasonal produce availability, and to showcase the creative inclinations of the kitchen.
